The organisation was started in the spirit of oneness and collectiveness to pursue the common goal of ending education inequity and the systemic challenges so that Vulnerable groups aged 15 and above in Uganda can attain sustainable skills for development.

We empower youth with different marketable trade skills that will help them earn a living. This program includes carpentry, hair dressing, metal works, construction, tailoring and business skills. The youth skills training program has so far enrolled 122 youth ranging from 15-30years. Out of these 80 are girls and the rest boys.

Through hands-on four set pattern of skills training in TYIPD, trainees gain the skills needed to create a project of their own design.
Trainees in this section will learn topics required to create designs to sustain a garments business
Trainees learn basic welding techniques like joining metals and measuring metal and the use of tools like angle grinders and saws.
Trainees in this section gain the skills needed to style and maintain hair styles. In this course, trainees learn basic hair styling techniques and business management skills.
The aim of the course is to deliver all-round artisans who can be employed in construction work.
Trainees learn basic business skills including financial managment, marketing, branding, funding etc
We offer very high level training in partnership with Advantage USA that focuses on the Group growth process and lessons in leadership. This not only helps teachers by enhancing their craft but also in curbs the high rate of youth school dropout.
