About The Teacher Training Program

We offer very high level training in partnership with Advantage USA that
focuses on the Group growth process and lessons in leadership. This not
only helps teachers by enhancing their craft but also to curb down the
high rate of youth school dropout.

Status of the classroom

Teacher play a big difference in enhancing the schooling experience of students

Children do not feel safe and are scared of teachers
Teachers do not feel appreciated
Teachers are not leaders but often dictators
Teachers have not fully embraced the interactive methods of teaching.

Our Objectives of The Teaching Program

To give the teachers skills to enhance the 21^st century methods of teaching where everyone is valued in the classroom and all children feel freedom and the teachers employ interactive methods of teaching.
To improve the perceptions of teachers about teaching
To train teachers to become better leaders in the classroom
To give teachers skills that will make learning more enjoyable and fun for both teachers and students
To reduce dropout rates through improving teaching
