Challenges So Far

Funding / inadequate financing (To support feeding the youth, supporting the Volunteers training the youth with subsistence fees.
We do not have any infrastructure including Training rooms, Administration block.
No Water supply at the Center.
Inadequate raw materials. For Hair dressings, Tailoring, Brick laying and all other accessories.
Lack of Machines eg Welding machines, Brick laying machines, Tailoring Machines etc.
Increased number of youths showing interest but cannot be accommodated now due to limited space.
Inadequate staff to exercise professional trainings due lack of staff welfare.
Furniture and fittings.
